1. Who we are

Dosarino is a project in development. The controller's full identification details (company name, registration and VAT number, registered office) will be published on this page before any service is launched. Until then, contact us at hello@dosarino.com.

2. What we collect on this site

dosarino.com is an information page. It uses no cookies, has no forms and loads no third-party scripts.

• Technical data: on every visit, Cloudflare's infrastructure processes your IP address and request data to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
• Messages: if you email us, we process your address and message in order to reply.

3. Legal basis and purpose

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are processed to answer your request and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data

We keep correspondence as long as needed to reply and for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer. Technical logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own policies.

5. Who receives the data

We use Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and security. Transfers outside the EEA rely on GDPR safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We never sell or rent your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us at hello@dosarino.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your country.

7. Dosarino applications

Dosarino applications are in development and will come with their own terms and a data processing agreement (DPA), provided before use.
